• Keep your phone bills. They will help you understand your calling patterns and you can't get reimbursed if you don't know you've been charged.
• Find out what every charge on your phone bill is for, you should have toll free numbers listed on your bill for billing questions, don't be afraid to use them.
• Be aware of carrier specific fees such as the Federal USF and PICC, as well as monthly minimums. Some carriers charge the maximum, some charge nothing, some charge some where in between. Remember to add these charges into your "actual cost per minute".
